Processing Time

All items are handmade to order unless otherwise stated.

Estimated production times:

- Women’s clothing: 7–14 business days
- Women’s coats: 7–14 business days
- Women’s leather coats and shearling styles: 10–20 business days

Production time begins after the order is confirmed.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer shipping to the following regions:

Bulgaria
- Orders up to 69.99 BGN: 8.99 BGN
- Orders over 70 BGN: Free shipping

European Union
- Standard Shipping: 18 EUR

United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping: 20 EUR

United States & Canada
- Standard Shipping: 30 EUR

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order is completed and shipped, estimated transit times are:

- Bulgaria: according to the selected local shipping service
- European Union: 3–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
