All AngelBySilvia pieces are handcrafted and made to order in our atelier.
Because of the artisanal nature of our work, each garment is created specifically for the customer.

✦ Returns

Eligible returns are accepted only under the following conditions

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

✦ Non-returnable items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our brand, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized pieces
• Items made to specific measurements
• Leather garments
• Final sale items


✦ Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size when available.

If you need a different size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.


✦ Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


✦ Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

All AngelBySilvia pieces are individually handcrafted.

Production begins after the order is placed.
